My Story

My clients describe me as kind, intentional, knowledgeable, gifted and straightforward. My passion is helping people discover their purpose and identity while reducing anxious and depressive symptoms.
I am a counselor, neurotherapist and author. I use a whole health approach to address the entire body. I am thoughtful, empathic, trauma-informed, and collaborative in my therapeutic approach. I provide neurotherapy in addition to psychotherapy services. I work with you to identify your goals and develop a roadmap for your therapy journey. We work together to get to the root of issues that may lead to anxiety, depression, substance use, and/or trauma. My desire is to help clients discover themselves by defining their values, developing emotion regulation, setting healthy boundaries, and learning to communicate and listen to others effectively. Through my own healing journey, I found that when a person knows who they are and what they are to do, their confidence and self-awareness increases exponentially.

A fun fact about me is that I lived in Thailand for about a year and the experience changed my life. My goal was to go and help other people. But, I left feeling that I was the one helped by the people and the culture. My worldview changed about people and I became very aware that we really need one another.
