I am a counseling intern at Thrive Wellness Clinic, and I am passionate about walking alongside adults as they process and cope with the effects of trauma. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal.
My approach is grounded in person-centered care and informed by narrative therapy, while also drawing from a range of evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I tailor interventions to fit each person’s unique needs and goals, helping them build resilience, reduce the burden of painful memories, and integrate past experiences into a meaningful, hopeful life.
I have the most experience working with adults affected by trauma, whether that manifests as PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other challenges. I also enjoy supporting individuals navigating grief or loss. My goal is to help clients explore their stories, develop practical coping strategies, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle. Outside of counseling, I enjoy board games, reading, and activities that foster personal growth and connection.
