I love people and I find psychology supremely interesting. My goal is to put myself out of business with every person I see. That means that you are achieving your desired changes. I am a believer in you being more invested in your own life than I am. I also see that the value of taking action on something goes far in achieving the goal of positive, enduring change. I have been in my career for 25+ years, and have had the great honor of seeing people achieve goals and a healthier life experience. I am a graduate of the University of Washington and am a qualified, well-trained Counselor who cares about your wellbeing and strives to meet you where you are. I am dedicated to helping you achieved the healthy changes you desire so that you have a better life experience. I am well versed in various approaches including CBT, RET and the John Gottman approach to relationships as well as Biblical principles. Past clients have said that I am an attentive, empathetic Counselor who will engage with you, walk with you in making healthy life-changes, find “the hope”, meet you where you are, meet you spiritually, if desired, walk beside you in your struggles when and where necessary, as well as work for your best and highest regard. Since beginning my practice over 20 years ago, my goal has always been and continues to be putting myself out of business with every person I see.

A little bit about me is my husband and I recently celebrated our 27th anniversary. I am a veteran parent of 2 adult children. I am a musician and a music enthusiast. I coproduce and arrange music as well as play music regularly. I love people, animals, humor, photography, travel, dance, good conversation and learning new languages. I am currently learning Spanish.
