As the Office Manager and SUD Clinical Supervisor, I oversee day-to-day operations of Thrive. I enjoy streamlining administrative processes to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and ensuring compliance with best practices and advocating for the highest standards of care for all of our clients. I am best known for creating collaborative environments where both staff and clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Many people know me as the voice on the other end of the phone when they call the office and I would say this is where I find the most purpose and enjoyment in my role. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families through helping them find the perfect therapist match, listening to their stories of why they’re here and interacting throughout their journey with Thrive. I am equally as passionate coming alongside the therapists at Thrive to help them excel in their roles by providing administrative support and a listening ear.

With over a decade of experience in the field of Behavior Health and Substance Use disorder treatment, I built my career around empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. I have a deep understanding of recovery, human behavior, and clinical best practices in every role I hold. My journey in the behavioral health field began with a simple yet powerful desire—to help people and today that still remains my greatest passion.

Over the years, I have served in a variety of impactful roles in both inpatient and outpatient treatment including Lead SUDP Counselor, Community Liaison, Office Manager, and Clinical Supervisor for SUD trainees. By far my favorite role has been with Thrive Wellness Clinic these last five years. My leadership is marked by a supportive, growth-oriented approach that fosters both accountability and empathy within teams and among clients.

My clinical work is grounded in the values of resilience, compassion, self-reflection, and meaningful human connection. My inquisitive nature drives me to continuously learn, ask the right questions, and explore new ways to support healing and transformation in others.

In my spare time I enjoy arts, crafts, music and cooking. I love to laugh, spend time with my husband, our three daughters and two dogs.
