I believe meaningful healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My hope is to create that kind of space for every client who walks through my door—a place where you can be honest about your struggles, explore your story, and discover practical tools to move toward lasting growth and healing.
I especially enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and adults as they navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, identity, grief, emotional regulation, and life’s many transitions. These seasons of life often bring questions about who we are, where we’re headed, and how to move forward. Walking alongside clients during those moments is one of the greatest privileges of my work. I also enjoy supporting children and families when appropriate.

My clinical experience includes working in pediatric outpatient behavioral health and private practice, where I’ve had the opportunity to support clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational concerns. While Solution-Focused Brief Therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I believe therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I thoughtfully integrate trauma-informed, somatic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspectives while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique personality, strengths, goals, and what they respond to best. My desire is for therapy to feel collaborative, engaging, and uniquely suited to you—not like you’re being fit into a predetermined model.

For clients who desire it, I also enjoy integrating Christian faith into the counseling process in a way that feels natural, respectful, and client-led. Whether faith is an important part of your life or not, my goal is for every client to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for.

As a Ukrainian-American, I value the role that culture, family, and personal experiences play in shaping who we are. These perspectives have fostered both curiosity and humility in the way I approach each person’s story and remind me that healing looks different for everyone.

Outside of counseling, you’ll most likely find me exploring a new hiking trail, planning my next travel adventure, playing piano, serving in my church community, or enjoying meaningful conversations over a good cup of coffee. I deeply value relationships and believe some of life’s greatest growth happens when we feel truly known.
